What's a typical timeline for a commercial fit-out?

It depends on scale and scope, but most of our offices run between 45 and 150 days from GFC sign-off to handover. We commit to a realistic timeline during the Discover stage — and we hit it, because design, engineering, and build are coordinated under one roof.

How does pricing work — fixed or variable?

For Turnkey engagements we work to a single fixed budget that everyone signs up to before drawings start. For documentation and advisory scopes, we price by deliverable. No open-ended billing, no surprises mid-project.

Can you work alongside our existing contractor?

Absolutely. Our Design + Documentation and Documentation-Only models are built exactly for this — we deliver construction-ready, clash-checked drawings your contractor can build straight from, with optional site review visits.

Which codes and standards do you design to?

Every drawing is checked against the codes relevant to your project type — NBC, ECBC, IGBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and IS 456 / IS 800 / IS 1893 for structure. Compliance is part of our documented ISO 9001:2015 process, not an afterthought.

Do you handle MEPF and structure in-house too?

Yes. We have dedicated in-house MEPF and structural engineering teams. That's how we coordinate every discipline in 3D BIM and resolve clashes before they ever reach site.

What happens after handover?

Turnkey projects come with a one-year post-handover warranty and a single point of contact for any snagging. We don't disappear the day the keys change hands.
